FranchiseInvestigate, TYKO Inc., Franchise Search Help, LLC, and your consultant is not qualified to advise in any part of the purchase of a franchise. Your consultant can lead you to some potential franchise companies but you are urged to seek professional advice from a lawyer, accountant, or other qualified resources.

Some franchisers disclose various earnings claims in their disclosure documents and it is recommended you discuss this information with the franchisor. FranchiseInvestigate, TFA, TYKO Inc., Franchise Search Help, LLC, and your consultant does not enter into discussions of earnings claims. Any earning claims information shall come directly from the franchise representatives, their FDD or other sources recommended by the franchisor.

Be aware buying a franchise is a complicated investment and should be investigated thoroughly before purchasing. It is suggested a candidate take their time to decide, and it is recommended they personally should visit the headquarters of the company they elect to buy from. Your state may also have laws regarding franchises. Ask your state agency or your consumer affairs agencies about them. It is suggested to have a franchise qualified attorney review any and all documents.

The International Franchise Association (IFA) www.franchise.org is another great resource for investigating franchise companies.

You the candidate, alone are responsible for researching and making the decision to purchase the franchise.
